Aromatherapist with over 30 years experience

I am an IFPA qualified Aromatherapist with over 30 years experience in this exciting profession. I have always had a keen interest in nature, particularly plants and flowers. At junior school I knew the Latin names of many wild flowers, so it was not surprising that later in life Aromatherapy would appeal to me. I have a passion for essential oils and for helping people so combining the two makes me a very happy person.

I have had amazing results over the years using blends created with the individual in mind. My pets have benefited also. A bald guinea pig grew a new coat after a massage with a calendula based blend. One of my cats recovered from asthma after a sniff of eucalyptus! My Family are keen users of essential oils. My Father was a fan of chamomile for tummy upsets and chamomile water on cotton pads for his sensitive eyes.

I teach Aromatherapy and enjoy it as much today as I did when I first discovered the subject. I have met so many wonderful people throughout my career as an Aromatherapist and Teacher and enjoyed many aromatic adventures! In 2004 I won "The Inspiration Challenge" and was able to fund a trip to the South of France for a group of students.

In 2004 I won a City and Guilds Medal of Excellence which I am very proud of. I have had many wonderful experiences as an Aromatherapist some of which have contributed greatly to the work I am doing today.
